With over 15+ years of experience as a physical therapist, I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and return to the activities they love — free from pain or limitation. I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Montana, combining advanced education with years of hands-on clinical experience.
My specialized training through the Herman & Wallace Institute in Pelvic Health Rehabilitation, along with certifications as a Diastasis Recti Specialist and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, allows me to care for women through all stages of life. I treat women with a variety of conditions including bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, diastasis recti, and chronic pain—always through a whole-body, root-cause approach.
